  Bert Brown is a Licensed Auctioneer in Ohio, Licensed thru the Ohio Dept of

  Agriculture, and also a Licensed Auctioneer in Indiana thru the Indiana

  Professional Licensing Agency, and also serving clients in the state of Michigan.

  Bert is a licensed Ohio Realtor in conjunction with Mary Stoller Realty and

  Auction, Inc. Bert has graduated from the National Auctioneer Association's

  "CAI" (Certified Auctioneer Institute) Bert has earned the National Auctioneer

  Association's "CES" (Certified Estate Specialist) Bert and his wife Lori enjoy life

  on a small farm in the Edon area and enjoy a large family. Bert & Lori greatly

  enjoy watching their children & grandchildren grow and develop…

  And sometimes help out with the auctions, and learn the auction business!

• Shane Sumner

  Auctioneer, Realtor

  Shane Sumner received his Ohio auctioneer license in 1997 and his Ohio real

  estate license in 2003 while working with Col Steinke Realty & Auction Service of

  Montpelier, OH. During that period he also received his Indiana auctioneer license.

  In January of 2021 he joined AA Brown Auction Service Ltd and transferred his

  real estate license to Mary Stoller Realty & Auctions. He and his wife Tammy

  reside in rural Pioneer, OH. they have 3 daughters & son in laws, along with 6

  grandchildren. They are members of Lake View United Brethren Church of

• Wyatt Zulch

  Auctioneer

   Wyatt attended the Ohio State Agricultural Institute in Wooster, Ohio, where he earned an associate degree in Agricultural Business in 2015. Shortly after, he graduated from Reppert Auction School and began his apprenticeship under Bert. In 2018, Wyatt obtained his auctioneer’s license. Wyatt has also been a dedicated employee at the Edon Farmer's Co-op since 2015.  He currently resides in Edon with his wife, Riley, and their son, Barrett. •     Aaron Hill 

     Auctioneer

    Aaron Hill has been a devoted member of AA Brown Auctions since its founding. In 2017, he attended Meredith Manor and earned his Farrier Science Certificate through the International Association of Professional Farriers. That same year, Aaron established Hill’s Farrier Service, where he continues to serve as owner and operator. In 2023, Aaron graduated from Reppert’s Auction School and obtained his auctioneer licenses in Ohio and Indiana.
